Whether you’re using Salesforce, HubSpot, or both, we make it simple.

RevTruth connects to your CRM via secure API and mirrors the data we need — such as Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Activities and/or custom objects or fields if needed.

You or your CRM admin log in to RevTruth and connect your CRM.

Step 2: We Define Matching
Logic — Together


Every company has its own version of “credit” or upstream effort.

You might want to match:

✅ Upstream Opps → Downstream Opps
✅ Campaign Members → Leads
✅ Events → Revenue

We do a brief onboarding call:

1. You describe the “should’ve linked” scenarios
2. After the call, we translate your logic into the RevTruth back end
3. You get an email to review and approve matches

You talk. We codify. You don’t lift a finger.

Get match results via CSV/Excel, in the CRM, or inside RevTruth.

Step 3: You Get Match Results


RevTruth runs your match logic across your CRM data.

Results can be:
✅ Written into your CRM (optional)
✅ Delivered as a clean spreadsheet
✅ Downloaded from your RevTruth login

You’ll see:
✅ Who drove the deal
✅ Which efforts matched to closed revenue
✅ What attribution your CRM missed
